EXPEDITED UPS SHIPPING

Expedited shipping services are available through UPS, for which the cost will be calculated during checkout based on the destination zip code. Recipient signature may be needed for UPS expedited shipments, so please ensure that an adult is available at the designated address to receive the delivery.

Note: Orders shipped to the East Coast can be expected sooner than the estimated delivery time.

Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking code information, which can be used at www.UPS.com to track the estimated delivery time of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your happiness is our priority. If for any reason you are not extremely satisfied, we gladly accept returns (within 30 days) of unworn or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

International orders will be subject to additional verification of billing address, bank and bank phone number. Please allow 2-3 business days for international order verification to be completed. For faster processing, we recommend that you check out with a verified PayPal account.

Due to the limited information available with international credit cards, in the event that we are not able to verify the information you provided, we may send a PayPal payment request as an alternate payment method. For added security reason, we may also need you to ensure your PayPal account is verified.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For our international customers we now accept returns and exchanges. Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.

NOTE: IMPORTER OF RECORD

The recipient is the importer of records and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations for the destination country. When our customer places an order with New Wedding Rings, they authorize our customs broker to act as their agent to clear merchandise and process all applicable duties, fees and taxes.
